So did everyone enjoy Sora no Otoshimono? Heck, I know I did.But if you didn't, you might wanna re-check your "gender"...
Not sure if you guys are aware of this but, there was an UNAIRED SORA NO OTO EPISODE~!
Yea, you heard me, "Unaired" episode. Titled "#14 Project Pink", it was due to be released along with the DVD's.
Apparently, it was "too dangerous" to be broadcasted on television", thus the release with DVDs.
Their official website announced on Monday that the contents of the final DVD will be changed.
And you guessed right, even the "Project Pink" was too dangerous for DVD.
The supposed contents were;
- Episode 13 "Sora no Otoshimono" Director's Cut Version
- Episode 14 "Project Pink" (Unaired on television)
DVD Sora no Otoshimono Volume 7 (altered)
- Episode 13 "Sora no Otoshimono" Director's Cut Version
- Episode 13 "Sora no Otoshimono" Television Broadcast Version
- SoraOto live concert "Seishun Hit Paradise" digest video featuring blue drops & Sohara & Nymph (This live concert will take place on March 20.)
Episode #14 Project Pink will eventually be released, but when exactly, your guess is as good as mine...
I'm actually hoping for episode 14 to be either one of these chapters from the manga =P ;
- Yo-Yo [Boing-Boing] Competition (my favourite until today)
- Swimming scenario
- Wrestling Match Festival (another "festival")
So on to other news, as previously reported, the Flying Panties Festival took of without a hitch, covered by Gigazine website.
"Panties" took off at 3331 Arts Chiyoda in Chiyoda Ward on the 6th of March, a join event with Nico Nico Douga Live Broadcasting Project (a shame I missed it).
Appearance by Rocket Girls author, Nojiri Housuke, anime director, Saito Hishashi and TBS announcer, Suzuki Jun was expected, as 160 participants (I was expecting more) gathered to make the "ornithopters", planes with wings which flap, thus creating that "flying panties" effect. Mainly, Nojiri was there to supervise the plane's mass-creation on site.
There were talk sessions about his future projects like OpenSky (a personal jet glider) and together with US E.A.A (Experimental Aircraft Association) later that day, but let's move onto the good stuff , like a video of flying panties! =D
I would have included a Nico Nico Douga video of the event with the soranoto BGM playing at the back, but it wasn't too clear (and those planes cost 1000yen each).
