Seiyuu Comparisons - Winter 2010 (#1)

by 23:21
Ever wonder how some characters sounds soooo familiar but just can't recognize them?
Or even find out later the actual seiyuu sounds different from the previous character?

You are (Not) Alone...

I've always wondered too. So this topic will be a monthly (or every season) post (i'll try =.=) on who's playing what role in the current shows. Inspired by my previous post XD

The comparisons are quite shocking...

[Miyano Mamoru]

 Kida Masaomi      Setsuna F Seiei

[Kamiya Hiroshi]
Orihara Izaya          Koyomi Araragi

[Hanazawa Kana]

Sonohara Anri             Sengoku Nadeko

Winter 2010 Highlights - with Seiyuu casted Characters

by 11:43
For Winter 2010, there are only 19 new show to watch compared to 36 in the same period as last year

Many might see this as a bad thing but it ain't really that bad. Having too many like last year was just too much on my miserable schedule. But 19 is a bit short rite?

Quality over Quantity

Hopefully, this is true as I plan to set my mind to endure the lack of shows this season.
So far, its been proving true for me...

Have vampires become all the rage nowadays?
First Vampire Knight, then Twilight saga, Cirque de freak and Bakemono?

But quite impressive as the first episode was really a new way of an introduction to a series.

Starting from a reality show to a fight scene on the roof while viewing it all from the perspective of the in-show audience.

A gothic and dark loli is nice for a change though.

Yuuki Aoi
 - Noel Kannagi (Sora-no-woto)

  Nakamura Yuuichi
 - Alto (Macross F)
-Tomoya (Clannad)

 Saitou Chiwa
- Senjougahara Hitagi (Bakemono)

Paypal Services and it's Global Convenience for Malaysians

by 02:50
1 in every 3 online shoppers in the US uses PayPal. And there's 150 million US users in 2008
Now, those figures may not surprise you as we head into a new decade of an IT dominating world. But considering when it was first used commercially until today, its still a baby to many eyes. However, this "baby" is a genius and has changed the way we do online shopping or purchases.

So, why use PayPal? What's the difference when charging it to your credit card (CC) online? And is it really safe?

#87 Nendoroid Canaan [Canaan]

by 23:54
Delays are common when receiving shipment from overseas, especially the cultural merchandise export from Japan.

But this little one made it to my door step by 31st December 2009, just before the the end of Dec (which was the ETA), ending my 2009 on a VERY happy note.

Still fresh (in memory) from Summer 2009, Canaan was quite an ok-ok, suspense graphic series. With issues like necrophiliac content and sexy nopan China dress, I'd still openly accept anything from Type-moon studios due to their success in earlier projects (Fate/stay night, Kara no Kyoukai).

 Canaan-in-a-box. Haha (humor me)

#82 Nendoroid Akiyama Mio [K-ON!]

by 18:04
After holidaying in Hong Kong, I arrived home to discover that Mio had FINALLY arrived. ETA was around November but the courier only sent it on the last week of December 2009. Delay or not, I now have it!

Been waiting and anticipating Mio for quite some time now as it was one of the very few I actually craved to have. Now onwards to the gallery.

Comes in a blue boxed case (why blue? Shimapan?)
