New Anime - High School of the Dead

"Let the infection, begin....."

A mysterious, lethal disease is on the loose worldwide, resulting in a catastrophic death rate of humanity, and the increasing rise of attacks, caused by the living dead.

In Japan, several high school students and a school nurse have banded together to escape Fujimi High School shortly after it was attacked by zombies. The group now attempts to figure who or what was responsible for this plague, and in the meantime, attempt to survive the present apocalypse.

Its finally animated! WOOHOO! アニメの力~!

In my opinion, one the most realistic and apocalypse-state-world manga out there. Simply because I love zombie or an apocalypse world and Left 4 Dead series. 

It's like a Left 4 Dead (huge fan!) anime but more focused on surviving an urban environment with an undead city against the protagonists.

Its a story of surviving hell on Earth. No, really. I swear. The pictures might say something else but I swear. xD Well, go find it out yourself...

Consisting of varies characters from students to nurses, tsunderes to samurai (yes, there is) and little children. 


However, due to the green light for the animation of it, I strongly advise NOT to watch it if you can't handle graphic scenes.
 
Most of the manga content contain realistic images, from surviving in the streets to shopping malls, with hardships of the survivors clearly expressed in the manga. 


Moral integrity will be put to the test here along with the exposure of the real face of human instincts (greed, to survive)


Would you save a girl, cornered by hundreds of zombie and risk yourself to getting infected? Honestly, I wouldn't know what to do as you bear witness to the whole scene but can't do anything. 

They are tested, physically and mentally, as they strain to keep their sanity sane in this doomsday world. Sometimes, it questions our own moral values on what we should or not.

But there are some light moments (hopefully included) with ecchi scenes too  (a factor to watch ^^)

From bath scenes to cosplay, massaging and lustful scenes, it clearly shows they retain their sense of fun as humans. 


Those interested may read the manga at your preferred online manga browser to find out it has been on hiatus for almost more than a year. 

Serialization will recommence hopefully in March if everything goes accordingly. 

And that adds another reason to be alive. Hope you guys watch it!
