It seems there is someone in Japan whom also goes by the name of Nakano Azusa too, as the same kanji characters, "中野梓" are used for the inspector and said anime character.
Just how many people are actually named after characters or vice versa is unknown, as it could be sheer coincidence or some twisted joke of fate.
